What we collect

When you ask for a quote, book a visit, join the installers map, use the design studio or message us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email, town, your message, wall sizes, and any photos of your kitchen.

If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp, or fill in a form inside one of those apps, we receive the details you submit there.

How we use it

Only to answer you and do the job: send a price range, draw your layout, plan delivery, and follow up about your order. We do not sell your information.

Design studio photos

Photos you upload to the design studio are sent to an image service to create your before and after picture, and are stored with your request so Jason can see them.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and requests that come from our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored in a private storage service used by this website and are seen only by Nestline. We keep them for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records.
